Welcome your new family member — we provide a starter pack and 30-day support.
Adoption fees
Every fee covers desexing, vaccinations, microchipping and a vet health check — saving you $500+ in upfront vet costs.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the adoption process take?+
Most adoptions are completed within 5–7 days, including the home check for dogs. Cats can often go home the same day after approval.
Can I adopt if I work full-time?+
Yes! Many of our pets adapt well to working households. We'll help you choose a pet whose energy and independence suit your lifestyle.
What if the adoption doesn't work out?+
We offer a 30-day adjustment period. If things aren't working, return the pet to us — no questions, no judgement. Their welfare comes first.
Do you ship pets interstate?+
We adopt within Queensland and northern NSW only, so we can conduct proper home checks and post-adoption support.
